(February 27, 2001) - The Foundation for Ichthyosis & Related Skin Types (F.I.R.S.T.) will be attending the 59th annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology in Washington D.C. March 2-7, 2001. Dermatologists from around the world will attend this year’s conference to take part in a variety of educational programming.

The theme of this year’s meeting has been declared the “Year of the Child.” F.I.R.S.T. will host an information booth at the convention, along with other members of the Coalition of Patient Advocates for Skin Disease Research.
