One of our members from Australia has graciously offered to coordinate a contact list for Australia and New Zealand. To date, we have had only one other person interested in being placed on a contact list, in spite of regular requests from individuals “down under” for support and other contacts in their area. The geography, climate, and medical environment in Australia and New Zealand make it difficult for people with ichthyosis to find good information, resources, and other individuals who share the same challenges. A support contact list would be a valuable resource for our members in these countries.
