The Foundation is excited to announce Dr. Mary Williams from the University of California San Francisco, and member of F.I.R.S.T.'s Medical and Scientific Advisory Board, will be the guest speaker for the Region 8 meeting. The date for the meeting is Saturday, October 3, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV. Region 8 includes the states of California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Hawaii.

The registration fee for the meeting is $35 per person for attendees 13 and older and, $16 per person for children 1-12. Members in good standing receive a 10% discount on the registration fee, which includes continental breakfast and lunch, as well as a regional meeting t-shirt. Childcare will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for children ages 1 to 12 at no additional charge to our families attending the meeting.
