F.I.R.S.T. is pleased to announce that the Jane Bukaty Membership Assistance Program is available for applications from F.I.R.S.T. members. This program was made possible by a generous donor. The investment earnings from this endowment will be used for direct support of F.I.R.S.T. members in need of financial assistance for coping with ichthyosis.
Applications are accepted throughout the year, and are generally reviewed in October and March. Here's an opportunity to alleviate some of the financial burden that may be facing you and your family. It's easy to apply and you will receive the award in cash! An application form is available at the national office.
Email your request for an application today to [email protected] or mail your request to the attention of the Jane Bukaty Membership Assistance Fund at 1364 Welsh Road, Suite G2 North Wales, PA 19454. The national office will send you an application form to be completed and sent back to the office.
