Scholarships are available for members wishing to attend the 2010 Family Conference in Orlando, FL. This year's scholarships are generously funded by the Vaseline Skin Fund. Any one wishing to apply for a scholarship must complete the application below and submit it to the F.I.R.S.T. office. The deadline for submission is February 1, 2010. Scholarships are available for registration fees and hotel accommodations. Applicants must be F.I.R.S.T. members. Based upon availability of funds, priority will be given to applicants who clearly demonstrate a need for financial assistance based upon income and family circumstances and/or who have never attended a family conference. All applications will be strictly confidential. Award recipients will have their registration fees waived and hotel accommodations will be reimbursed with receipt.
